A pickin and grinnin favorite. I tried to get all the different styles in this version. But the scruggs version on the Foggy Mt Banjo Album is where to start.

A great train song and solid scruggs style banjo tune. I played it pretty straight in this video and did the version Earl played on the “Foggy Mountain Banjo” album. This is my go to song to warm up with.

This is by far one of the top festival favorites! I recorded this song at “After Dune Delight” in Heceta Beach, OR.
